SALARY RANGE: $140-$155/day

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creates lesson plans for effective delivery of instruction for students.

• Provides a diverse perspective when working with students, parents, colleagues, and PLC members.

• Instructs students effectively through lectures, discussions, class activities, demonstrations and other creative forms of education of the curriculum their courses require and maintain a balance of these different educational strategies.

• Assesses skills, collects data, monitors student progress, and evaluates growth to make recommendations for instruction and support.

• Establishes and enforces rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining an environment conducive to learning for all students.

• Conveys knowledge of and enthusiasm for academic discipline to students.

• Works actively to involve parents in their child's activities and communicates clearly with them.

• Able to organize and prioritize daily schedule and duties.

• Performs related duties as required or assigned by administration.

• Reports to building principal.
