This is a 3rd shift DIRECT HIRE position.

Starting pay is $34.56/hr.

What’s a typical day as an Industrial Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

• Performing skilled activities to support manufacturing business needs.

• Selecting and using appropriate tools, machinery, and specialty equipment.

• Supporting equipment uptime and downtime failure analysis.

• Performing work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and specifications.

• Providing feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system.

• Instructing and coaching others and acting as an informal resource for team members.

• Performing and documenting preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.

• Participating actively with local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

• Have knowledge of controls safety in a manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrate manufacturing knowledge and contribute towards continuous improvement.

• Are accountable and hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments.

• Can manage complexity and effectively solve problems.

• Have a high school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education.

• Have relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

• Are familiar with PLC, ladder diagrams, Rockwell platform, industrial robotics (Fanuc/Universal Robots), machine vision systems (Cognex/Keyence), barcode scanning equipment, PC-based control systems.

• Possess logical problem-solving skills and intermediate to advanced mechanical aptitude.
