About the Role:* *We are looking for full-time Warehouse Associates to support our Audubon facility. You will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including unloading and receiving products, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory. As a member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced environment that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Some of What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Unload and receive products off trucks and place them in appropriate locations.
• Pick available orders to fulfill customer orders.
• Pack and wrap staged orders, readying them for shipment.
• Load semi-trailers of freight.
• Operate powered equipment and manufacturing machinery and tools to maximize efficiency.
• Restock product into primary pick locations.
• Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses.
• Perform daily warehouse maintenance and housekeeping.
• Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products.
• Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Good communication, organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
• Dependable, reliable, and a team player.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to use warehouse equipment and manufacturing machinery safely and accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in non-climate-controlled spaces.
• Position may require standing, bending, walking, sitting for long periods of time.
• Ability to learn quickly and a willingness to gain experience.
• Understanding and appreciation of company goals and culture.
