We're an industry leader that's rapidly growing our Delivery Operation division and have an immediate need for a professional Onsite Service MPS Associate to delight our customers. .

Xerox’s On-Site MPS Associate will be fully trained and capable of providing solution management, configuration, administration and application maintenance support for the proposed solutions in Xerox’s TO 90000 R-1 offering. This will ensure that OKCVAHCS receives the maximum benefit from our contracted solutions while minimizing the need for OI&T staff intervention to deploy, administer, and maintain. This resource will support OKCVAHCS’s goals of increased productivity and enhanced document management operations. In addition, the assigned Xerox Services Delivery Manager, James Bellido will support our On-Site MPS Associate, ensuring that he/she maintains OKCVAHCS MPS Fleet Solution as required and provides ongoing support services to enhance operational efficiency throughout the Healthcare System.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Workflow management: ensuring the incoming data is processed and entered into the production tracking system properly

  • Providing solution management, network configuration, administration, network updates and application maintenance support

  • Constant contact with the customers to ensure SLAs and production targets

  • Work with the printing and inserting team to ensure that production is meeting customer SLAs

  • Write and maintain documentation of processes and documentation to help the everyday production

  • Assist SDM and customers in gaining new business and contracts

  • Identify development opportunities and to assist in the identification of potential areas for process improvement.
