Our client, in Norman is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, keen attention to detail and follow up skills. Which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Norman, OK

Pay Range: $16.00

What’s the Job?

  • Provide professional administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department.

  • Producing documents, collecting, recording, sorting and filing information, preparing routine reports, arranging appointments, responding to inquiries, data entry, and operating office equipment.

  • Ability to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties, which may include organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, processing incoming mail, answering phones, maintaining reports and other pertinent data.

What’s Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Administrative support experience

  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) with knowledge on tables, formatting, formulas, clipart/ graphics, presentations, project tracking, etc.

  • Ability to type 50 to 60 WPM
