Job Title: Marine Electrician - 1st Class

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Marine Electrician to interpret work specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics. The candidate will write reports, order materials, and report any abnormal conditions related to safety or mechanical issues. The role involves troubleshooting complex problems on electrical equipment and systems. This position requires a strong electrical experience, including an understanding of how electricity works and basic electrical theory. The candidate will run cabling into a ship but will not perform pin connectorization or live terminations. The ideal candidate must be able to repair and refurbish electrical lighting systems, communication systems, and other systems aboard the ship that operate off of electrical power.
