Aerotek Concrete Reinforcement Specialist in Norfolk, Virginia

Job Title: Concrete Reinforcement Specialist (Quality Control)

Job Description

  • Inspect concrete reinforcement and structural elements related to concrete structures.

  • Implement and oversee testing protocols, ensuring compliance with ACI ASTM standards.

  • Develop and maintain inspection documentation.

  • Prepare daily reports.

  • Calibrate equipment.

Required Skills

  • Inspection of concrete reinforcement

  • Compliance with ACI ASTM standards

  • Developing inspection documentation

  • Equipment calibration

  • Must have concrete precast experience and quality control experience within the industry,

Work Environment

  • Outdoors working on large commercial bridge construction project

  • Monday-Saturday 10-12 hour days

  • 2 weeks on day shift, 2 weeks on night shift, need to be flexible on shift and schedule.
