Job Description

Danfoss Climate Solutions Sensing Solution is looking for a Project Manager with passion for Project Leadership, Stakeholder communication & Change management to join our team in Denmark.

At Sensing Solutions, we are developing cutting edge sensor technologies.

You will become part of an inspiring team where we focus on high engagement and agility, with focus on results when striving to exceed the expectations of our customers. Your key responsibility is to lead product development projects from idea stage to serial production. You will be part of a global and highly motivated team, working with waterfall project management approach as well as agile methods depending on the project complexity. You will be leading a cross-functional and cross-cultural team with core team members located in our locations in Denmark, China, Germany, and Mexico.

Some travel activity is expected in this position.

Job Responsibilities

Key tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

You are responsible for establishing new business cases, complete project plans and to ensure that these are met in terms of scope, timing, and resources along the project lifecycle. Hence, you will be the focal point to ensure that product and quality requirements of our customers are met.

You will coordinate all project communication internally and externally and deliver project documentation according to quality management standards, such as ISO / IATF 16949.

Internally you will manage a team of highly skilled experts from product and process development and various other parts of our organization.

Background & Skills

For this role, you bring a relevant university degree in engineering or in business paired with a technical affinity to mechatronics. You have experience in the industry environment, and you can see the big picture without losing the sight of the pieces in the puzzle. Further, you are a team player, can navigate well in remote teams and well versed in state-of-the-art project management practice and tools. Other good skills you bring are:

• Business understanding and ability to manage key performance indicators.

• High degree of customer orientation, delegation, and assertiveness

• Pragmatic and open mind-set to evolve our organization.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as high motivation and commitment.

• Fluent English language skills
