Relevant Duties and Responsibilities:

Actively contribute to the development and implementation of IT projects, such as software upgrades, and system integrations and migrations.

Monitoring system performance and taking proactive measures to prevent downtime or other issues.

Maintaining and troubleshooting various components, including servers, workstations, and peripherals, to guarantee their optimal functionality.

Installing and configuring software and hardware and ensuring that all systems are up to date and secure.

Provide support to users by offering training, addressing technical issues, and responding promptly to helpdesk tickets and requests, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's IT infrastructure.
