What You'll Be Doing

Job Scope: CMMS Asset Data Controller will be responsible for the CMMS MRD (Master Request for Data) form which is requested from different change agent groups (Inspectors, MOC’s, PTSE, Project Managers, and RCM group). Must quality check all data requested on the CMMS MRD form before the request can be put in place for execution with TAO.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provides assurance support, performs and/or coordinates specific activities.

  • Accountable for ensuring all site assets (create/change or delete) are properly inputted into CMMS.

  • Communicate with change agents to track and verify all CMMS requests.

  • Validate content and accuracy of equipment descriptions for all disciplines.

  • Assist/Train on the use of the CMMS data entry sheet and provide any CMMS/MRD system updates as required.

  • Maintain working relationships with stakeholders.

  • Confirm with Manila (TAO) each item is accurate and complete in CMMS system.

Ideal Background

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Advanced coursework is preferred.

Experience: This position requires 2+ years of relevant industrial experience in document control and administration.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge and application of company standards.

  • Knowledge of engineering document control standards.

  • Knowledge and understanding of construction plans and diagrams.

  • Knowledge of large-scale scanner and plotter operation.

  • Ability to organize effectively.

  • Extreme attention to detail.

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Web Collaboration Tools and Adobe Acrobat. Newforma software experience preferred.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to comply with client procedures.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
