As a Microsoft Consultant Manager for Infrastructure and Security CoE, you will be managing a team of technical consultants, ensure the team meets the forecast utilization and hygiene commitments and will ensure a structured readiness for the team based on current and forecasted demand. You will drive the CoE key focus areas for “Innovation”, “Technology Leadership”, “Delivery Quality” and “People Excellence”. This role specifically focusses on driving Technical leadership, including quality, across the Infrastructure & Security CoE.

Responsibilities
Industry leadership: Leverages deep industry knowledge to drive Industry maturity across the organization, identifying regional industry trends, drivers, and ecosystems, and build the organizational capability to lead the market in the region.
Develop and Execute Innovation Strategy & Foster a Culture of Innovation: Design and implement an innovation strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals across organization. Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities that could drive growth and competitive advantage.
Technical Delivery: Understand customer requirements and constraints through direct customer engagement and coach your team through all aspects of delivery and pre-sales to deliver successful customer outcomes. Participate in workforce capacity planning and hiring, aligned to business need.
Organizational Readiness: Drives organization-wide continuous improvement rigor to increase organizational maturity and sets a high bar for delivery quality. Organizational utilization, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction are key business indicators for success.
Operational Excellence: Drive customer focused operational excellence through adherence to processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Change Management: Understand, communicate, and land the Industry Solutions business strategy/priorities.
Managerial & Leadership: Adhere to the Model, Coach, Care framework, Leadership Principles and Microsoft’s Values to attract, develop, retain talent and deliver results through teamwork as One Microsoft. Deliver success through empowerment and coaching that supports employees through change; help the team adapt and learn.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications (RQs)
Bachelor's/ Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 9+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business
6+ years customer facing experience or client delivery experience
5+ years team leadership or people management experience, with or without direct reports
Domain knowledge/experience in Infrastructure and Security delivery with exposure to different cloud solutions – Azure, AWS, GCP etc
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
12+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business
8+ years customer facing experience or client delivery experience
8+ years people management experience
Technical certifications based on domain/service line (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics)
Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management)
Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).
