Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute compelling social media strategies aligned with our business goals and messaging.

• Content Creation: Expertise in devising engaging video and written content for Instagram, with proven proficiency in creating high-quality content tailored to B2C audiences.

• Calendar Management: Devise and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure regular posting.

• Metrics & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics through monthly/quarterly reports. Use data to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Design Understanding: Strong understanding of design principles that translate into visually compelling content.

  Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management & content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful B2C social media campaigns and content pieces.

• Comfortable with Reel creation and being the face of SquadStack's social media.

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram. A personal creator account with a high following would be a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to create viral written & video content, with at least 3 Instagram posts showcasing high organic metrics.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.

• A comprehensive grasp of social media trends and dynamics.

• Experience with social media analytics tools to measure the performance of content and campaigns.
