The Team :

The Platform & Tools team is responsible (DTS PMO) is responsible for the project framework used to prioritize, execute, and track projects and provides agile process governance to all S&P Global divisions. The DTS PMO Tools team is responsible for developing and managing tools enabling Agile Execution, Project Portfolio Management and Reporting, for all the S&P Global Divisions.

Overall goal of the Platform & Tools team is to develop and manage a common Enterprise toolset for all divisions to enable feature prioritization, resourcing, execution and reporting.

Responsibilities :

In the day-to-day, you will own tool(s) or functional module(s) from the Platform & Tools team toolset. As the Agile Tools Product Manager, you will manage, develop, and support stakeholders and users from all S&P Global divisions. You will be a facilitation hub for stakeholders from divisional PMOs, functional stakeholders, Engineering, and the end users. With your acute communication skills, you will be championing best practices and improving the delivery methods. Some of your areas of ownership will include:

DTS PMO Toolset Management and Training

  • As a Senior Product Manager, manage assigned the Platform & Tools set, from end to end, including development, support, training, and rollouts.

  • Building a lasting, trusted partnership and achieving long-term alignment with stakeholders around the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Lead large scale process and tool integrations across the division.

  • Develop a deep understanding of users and their journeys in the product areas

  • Create and manage product plans, product roadmaps, product backlogs, user stories and work with engineering scrum teams to rollout new enhancements.

  • Leading discovery, analysis, and research efforts to identify effective solutions to problems or uncover valuable new opportunities.

  • Develop communications plan, deployment strategy and training materials to insure a smooth rollout and adoption

  • Work with Marketing Team to design and run Marketing Campaigns and providing content on your Product(s) to designers.

  • Working with key stakeholders, continuously identify and prioritize tool enhancements needed to maximize global process benefits

  • Keep up to date on the current best practices on the assigned portfolio area and rollout best practices in new tools and processes

  • Measure and improve feature execution via the Agile Scrum methodology

What We’re Looking For :

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or related area

  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Portfolio Management/Agile domains

  • Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum Management tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence and Comparative Agility with understanding of Azure DevOps Pipelines, Repos and Artifacts.

  • Exposed to using data to enhance customer experiences and running strategic analysis to assess ROI on opportunities

  • Administrative experience on Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence will be a plus.

  • Knowledge about the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

  • Experience in Product Management with building Go-to-Market Plans and Product Support.

  • Demonstrable experience in facilitating, leading, influencing, and managing within large-scale matrix, globally distributed organizations

  • Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in the Agile framework is highly desired

  • Proven willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand work environment.

  • Highly organized, independent and multitasker

  • Open to working flexible hours as per business needs

  • Good data analysis skills using Excel and any other BI tools

Preferred Qualifications :

  • SAFe Certification

  • Administrator Experience on Agile Product Delivery Management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.

  • Experience in the financial services sector preferred
