Position Summary:

An experienced Enterprise/Transformation coach to perform by leveraging abilities across levels/hierarchies of the organization towards Change ability, adoption, process frameworks and facilitation. He / She shall be a thought leader with effective behavioral faculties. Expectation shall be to create, introduce and maintain strategic/governing policies by fostering effective working relationships through clear/concise communication (Verbal and non-verbal) using insightful contributions at tactical levels of functioning, as a medium. He/she must be a highly self-motivated individual with a keen eye towards improvement opportunities, deep people management and agreement engineering skills. He/she must uphold integrity, honesty and respect for individuals always while working closely across operational levels of the organization.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Mentoring Agile Teams

  • Enabling transition to Agility by empowering teams to develop an Agile mindset

  • Empowering teams with necessary tools and proven techniques for improvement in ways of working

  • High accountability & ownership of process improvement initiatives

  • Introducing and nurturing effective communication techniques

  • Coach / Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Business Analysts

  • Train Teams to enable them for transition to an Agile way of working

  • Setting up governing policies to support Agility outcome-based approaches

  • Define the measurement system by way of identifying relevant metrics

  • Facilitating change in new ways of working

  • Applying System thinking to expose bottlenecks

  • Evaluating and Advising Agile Frameworks

  • Conflict and people management

Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

Must Have:

  • Performed roles of a Scrum Master, Product Owner and an Agile Coach

  • Handled at least 2 enterprise transformation assignments successfully

  • Well versed with Scrum, Scrum at scale, Kanban, TDD, BDD

  • Hands-on experience on tools (JIRA/TFS/Rally/Confluence)

  • Comfortable with sprint and leadership level metrices around agility

  • Open to explore changes around application of process frameworks

  • Effective people and conflict management experience.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to traditional project management

  • Experience with SAFe, Spotify Case Study, Phoenix Project

  • Insights to Business Analysis and ITSM life cycle

  • Presence in Agile community (Events, Conferences, Meetups)
