Mobile Application Engineer ( React Native )
Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Application Engineer with expertise in React Native to join our Mobile Center of Excellence (MCoE) team. This engineer will be an enabler for our consumer experience initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall success of our mobile application portfolio. The engineer will work with product and app release managers to ensure efficient and timely app releases. This role will primarily focus on core MCoE initiatives, including SME expertise on iOS and Android platforms, building core common mobile capabilities, building and advocating for our tools and best practices, and app health and monitoring performance.

Provide subject matter expertise on React Native, iOS and Android platforms, staying updated on the latest platform capabilities and trends
Establish and enforce mobile development best practices and tool usage to drive organizational efficiency and quality
Drive the implementation and adoption of core common mobile capabilities across our application portfolio
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of mobile development processes, including CI/CD pipelines for automated building and deployment.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
Debug and troubleshoot issues, implementing effective solutions.
Monitor app health and performance, identifying and addressing issues proactively to ensure optimal user experience
Increase speed-of-delivery for app store submissions by building automated solutions to improve release time of hotfixes or general releases.
Collaborate with development teams to assess and enhance app capabilities, ensuring they meet the required standards and industry best practices.
Mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with delivery teams to identify and mitigate technical debt

Required Qualifications:
Engineering degree in applicable area of expertise ,B.E/B.Tech. MCA any PG
Overall 12 +Years of experience .
5+ years of experience navigating complex business problems involving multiple domains and technologies
5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on React Native.
5+ years of experience in mobile application development on iOS and Android
4+ years of experience in technical roles at a senior engineer level
3+ years proficiently working in Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java
Proficiency in JavaScript & TypeScript and familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., Redux, Axios).
Experience with mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL and integration with backend services.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
Experience with performance optimization and memory management.
Experience with publishing apps to the App Store or Google Play Store.
Preferred Qualifications:
Track record of driving alignment within large, complex, matrixed organizations
Experience in managing solutions on both private and public cloud platforms
Knowledge of security, privacy, and regulations pertaining to PHI, PII, or similar concerns
Experience working in Healthcare
