• El probador de test booth es responsable de ajustar las RPM’s de los motores de gasolina de acuerdo a lo establecido en la especificación 159 y/o ayudas visuales en caso de aplicar; asegurándose de que se cumplen con todos los parámetros requeridos en la pantalla de la estación de prueba; es responsable de apoyar al reparador y líder de producción para el logro de los objetivos diarios relacionados con el cumplimiento del programa de producción, así como del cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad y seguridad establecidos. Es responsable de notificar cualquier anomalía que detecte durante el desarrollo de su trabajo, sea de calidad, de seguridad o cualquiera que afecte la productividad del proceso; en algunas ocasiones participará como entrenador con compañeros de nuevo ingreso, siempre y cuando cuente con las habilidades y conocimientos necesarios; es responsable de identificar y segregar al gancho rojo los motores que presenten fallas funcionales o de ensamble; así como de evitar acumulamientos de motores en el conveyor o en el piso del cuarto; es responsable de hacer buen uso de la estación de prueba que le fue asignada, asi como del material y herramientas que le fueron provisto para realizar su trabajo, de la misma forma es responsable de seguir los lineamientos establecidos en la RIT y políticas de la empresa que le son comunicados por R.H., por su supervisor o su líder de producción, con la finalidad de preservar la disciplina dentro del área de trabajo y de mantener la armonía con el resto de sus compañeros; la limpieza y orden de su estación de trabajo es también su responsabilidad; así como de participar activamente en el mantenimiento y mejora de las 6’s y de la seguridad propia y de sus compañeros.
