Where is the work:

This position is remote.

What you will do:

  • On-Board new service agreements

  • Review customer asset data

  • Prepare data for upload (manual + automated uploads)

  • Ensure asset accuracy within multiple accounts

  • Asset Management: working with customers and field service entities to maintain customer asset accuracy

  • Agreement renewals (Temporarily)

  • Process improvement support

  • Other Coordination support such as but not limited too:

  • Invoicing assistance

  • Service company follow ups

  • General backup for service coordination team during time off

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of related experience required (field coordination experience preferred.)

  • Bachelors or Associate degree in business management or other related discipline with relatable experience preferred

  • Proficient in navigating computer programs

  • Capability to ensure accuracy in documentation and data; concentrate on routine work details amid periodic interruptions.

  • Participates and supports team activities; is open to the ideas, diverse views and opinions of others; offers opinions constructively; offers assistance when needed

  • Strong Problem solving and negotiation competencies are required

Compensation:

Total Target Compensation: R ange is $60,000 - $80,000

Our prosperous commission plans grow over time with a successful employee’s growing pipeline. Some sales professionals may eventually move to 100% commission.
