The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is working with a notable healthcare company in the Noblesville area to find a Medical Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be helpful, friendly and have a strong attention to detail.

Schedule for the position:

Monday 7:45a - 5pm

Tuesday 8am - 5:30pm

Wednesday 9am - 4pm

Thursday 9am - 5pm

Friday 7:45am-4pm

Responsibilities for the position include the following:

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.

• Check patients in and out of the office, and update their contact information and insurance cards.

• Verify patients' insurance coverage and collect co-payments.

• Schedule and reschedule appointments.

• File and organize patient records.

• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.

• Process insurance claims and follow up on unpaid balances.

• Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and maintaining patient accounts.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent

• Organizational skills training preferred

• Computer courses preferred

• Organizational Skills Training preferred

• Must have health insurance, HIPPA and Medical Terminology experience.

• 2 years previous experience in medical office setting preferred

• 2-3 years experience working in a business office

• Previous experience with multi-phone lines
