Job Title: 1st shift Injection Molding Supervisor

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to lead all activities in the manufacturing of injection molded and corrugate extruded plastic components. This role involves ensuring the safety of manufacturing staff, executing the production schedule, and maintaining product quality. The supervisor will manage 11 technical extrusion/injection molding technicians across various shifts, spending 75% of their time on the floor and 25% in office tasks such as report completion. Responsibilities include overseeing the molding and extrusion process, operating machinery, providing guidance to technicians, ensuring effective communication among teams, resolving conflicts, managing performance, maintaining compliance with personnel policies, and supporting staffing and budget management.

Hard Skills

• Hands-on experience in the plastics industry (either extrusion or injection molding)
