Work Environment

The work environment is a standard fabrication and assembly operation, broken into two areas. The fabrication area has a massive laser cutting machine, a few deburring and brazing stations, and a couple of workstations for basic hand tool work. The main production area is the assembly area, where units move on carts from area to area as they are assembled. The assembly area is organized but somewhat cramped as the units take up space. The facility is temperature controlled, but most people say they still get a little warm because they have to wear the arm sleeves.
