As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Arete, you will play a key role in supporting the dynamics of our warehouse activities within both production and R&D environments. Your role is multifaceted, requiring adherence to our company policies and the meticulous management of materials, from their receipt to their utilization on the production floor. This opening is at our Niwot, COoffice. This is a exempt, non-supervisory, regular full-time position. Primary Responsibilities: You'll receive incoming materials, check deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders, and document the receipt in our computer system. Proficiency in operating forklifts and hand trucks is essential. Ensuring that warehouse supplies are well-stocked falls under your purview. You're responsible for both domestic and international shipments, working with freight forwarders as well as local FedEx and UPS services. You'll coordinate with packaging procedures and adhere to shipping instructions. Your role includes transferring materials efficiently from receiving to inspection and then to inventory. You'll be responsible for weekly and annual physical counts, maintaining inventory accuracy in line with Arete's policies. You'll handle all aspects of kitting MOs - from pulling materials and issuing them to MOs, to making necessary transfers, addressing shortages, and closing out the MOs in our Material Management System. You'll work alongside engineering, purchasing, quality assurance, configuration management, and production teams to ensure material flow accuracy ISO Audit Support: You will provide support during internal and external ISO audits on a yearly basis. You will generate status reports from the material database, ensuring all stakeholders have the latest information. Additional tasks that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.
