Job Title: Sr Operation Finance Analyst

Summary:Sr Operation Finance Analyst is responsible for consolidation and analyzing operating cost for the Basics business; plays a significant role in the segment´s process optimization and digitization activities. This role is an integral part of the Basics Team and will work closely with the Global Product Manager, Basics SIOP leader and the Site operations finance teams.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leads all Operations Finance Activities of the Global Basics Segment PNL

  • Partners with the global Basics management team to ensure sound financial decision making and profitability improvements

  • As part of the Basics Finance team, keeps the management team up-to-date and informed about operations performance & owns the Monthly Ops Reviews

  • Ensures the highest level of integrity of the global financials & performs the Sox/K-Sox controls and supports financial audits

  • Manages the Closing & Estimate cycles regarding the Basics operations costs

  • Owns the Siloxane cost/Kg and Inflation / Deflation (PV) analysis

  • Budget & Strategic Planning Cycles

  • Leads the preparation of the global segment AOP, Estimates, and R&O’s regarding material and conversion cost

  • Partners with global Finance , Ops and SIOP teams to develop the 5 Year model for material and plant cost

  • Drives the feedstocks process optimization

  • Leads the Siloxane cost per KG automation

  • Owns the digitization of “Make or Buy” modeling

  • Represents the Feedstocks business as a core team member of the Hybrid /Actual costing implantation and leads post implementation activities

  • Global Inventory Analysis, including SMI & LCM Reserves & Capvar

  • Delivers monthly analysis and insight on performance

  • Partners with the GPM and SIOP leader to identify opportunities for inventory optimization and ensure measures are implemented

  • Owns the SMI/SMX/OOS process optimization

  • Completes other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

  • BA/BS degree required in finance, accounting, business, or related field

  • Strong Financial Planning & Analysis Skillset based on experience in a finance role in the manufacturing Industry

  • 3-5 years of progressive Finance experience

  • ERP knowledge and experience (SAP knowledge is a plus)

  • Ability to influence others up and down the organization

  • Experience working in a global environment

  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Pro-active attitude, pragmatic and team player

  • Able to handle several tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

The following are preferred for this position:

  • Advanced degree, certification, or equivalent training

  • Experience using the following systems: SAP

May require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, and move a light to medium weight. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and learn technical information. Light lifting is required.

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $75,800.00 - $111,210.00

The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable . Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
