Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant (On-site)

Summary:The Executive Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptionally professional, timely, and value-add support for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), other C-Suite Executives and the Board of Directors. Accountable for representing Momentive’s executives and our team’s commitment to excellence, the Executive Assistant will drive seamless administration, cross-team coordination, streamlining of administrative processes, and enhance the use of technology and collaboration to drive efficiency. Responsibilities include managing complex schedules, arranging global travel, planning meetings across geographies and time zones, communicating confidential information, and generally providing comprehensive administrative support. The Executive Assistant will supervise one or more administrative assistants, potentially across geographies. Candidates should have global cultural awareness, exceptional communication skills, personal accountability, attention to detail, and a willingness to plan and execute a wide array of tasks, from complex to simple. An ideal team member will work well independently, exercising good judgment on when to proactively ask clarifying questions. This is an in-office position sitting close to executives but also has the benefit of occasional flexibility. For the right candidate, relocation support will be provided.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage day-to-day sensitive and confidential business activities of the CEO and select other C-Suite Executive members.

  • Interact regularly with and provide support to Board members and delegates.

  • Supervise 1-3 other Administrative Support Staff as assigned.

  • Prepare confidential materials for Board and Board committee meetings, as well as customer meetings, by delivering highly professional communications and sending electronic materials.

  • Maintain and streamline complex interdependent Executive schedules ; schedule and coordinate meetings, including those across time zones, and seamlessly maintain daily and long-term calendars in a manner that prioritizes business needs and the most effective use of the executive’s time.

  • Arrange global travel , including extended and multi-country itineraries, coordinating visa applications, managing cost efficiency and planning travel to best facilitate effective use of executive time.

  • Prepare detailed meeting agendas and travel itineraries .

  • Plan meetings , including onsite, offsite, teleconference and video conference for the Executive Team and Board. Coordinate of catering, equipment, printed supplies, and ensure attendees and presenters are equipped with their requirements.

  • Handle expense report entry , reconciliation, and document retention for CEO and select other C-Suite Executive members as necessary.

  • Independently prioritize and handle internal and external correspondence including determining whether to directly answer correspondence or route to the necessary recipient(s).

  • Independently evaluate and screen incoming calls for priority, resolution, routing, or response in the most professional manner.

  • Draft and/or edit and distribute correspondence including agendas, email and PowerPoint presentations.

  • Provide backup support for those maintaining Corporate HQ buildings, including entry of maintenance and IT work orders and maintaining building occupancy records.

  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

  • Associates degree or equivalent relevant work experience in related field

  • 5+ years administrative support or executive assistance

  • Problem solving ability, outstanding organization and time management skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced experience with the Microsoft Suite (Office, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality

  • Proficient in use of SAP, Workday, or similar business systems

Preferred:

  • BS or BA

  • Experience in a Global or Multinational Company

  • English and Korean language fluency

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $57,000.00 - $83,600.00

The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable . Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
