お客様の荷物の配送および受け取りを担当し、プロフェッショナルな印象を保つためにベルデスクのすべての機器を維持・清掃し、荷物を基準に従って保管することを確実に行います。

日々のオペレーションにおいて、部署の上司をサポートし

常に高い身だしなみと衛生基準を維持すること、同僚や他のすべての部門との良好な関係と協力関係を維持することも重要です。

Contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the Bell Desk within the Rooms Division

To provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the hotel’s policies in order to maximize guest satisfaction. To be entirely flexible and be able to be rotated within the different sub departments of the Rooms division, or any other departments as assigned and as necessary.

To ensure that the guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times and to report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. Awareness of hotel activities and a proper handover of the pending points for next shift’s follow up and action is crucial.

Responsible for delivering and picking up guest baggage as assigned, maintaining and cleaning all equipment at the Bell Desk to uphold a professional image, and ensuring luggage is stored according to standards.

General responsibilities are to assist the supervisors in managing the day-to-day operation of the Bell Desk at the hotel also to maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times, as well as maintain good relationships and cooperation with colleagues and all other departments.

Qualifications:

日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーションスキル

日本国籍以外の応募者はホスピタリティまたは観光マネージメントのディプロマ資格が必要

Business communication skills in Japanese are required.

Non-Japanese national applicants must have a diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

Responsible for welcoming all guests and ensuring they have an exceptional stay experience. Your responsibility includes creating memorable experiences and building relationships. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for interacting with guests. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Bell Desk in a hotel.
