日々の円滑なオペレーションの運営においてマネージャーをサポートし、常に高い身だしなみと衛生基準を維持すること、同僚や他のすべての部門との良好な関係と協力関係を維持することも重要です。

To provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the hotel’s policies in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

General responsibilities are to assist Manager with the efficient the day-to-day operation related to the cleanliness of the hotel's guest room and floors also to maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times, as well as maintain good relationships and cooperation with colleagues and all other departments.

Qualifications:

日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル

日本国籍以外の応募者はホスピタリティまたは観光マネージメントのディプロマ資格が必要

Communication skills in Japanese are required.

Non-Japanese national applicants must have a diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

Responsible for welcoming all guests and ensuring they have an exceptional stay experience. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations is required.
