General Description（职位概述）：

Be responsible for designing, developing and validating molding process of fan line, and keeping continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities（关键职责）:

Plan and launch new plastic injection molding production line

Set and optimize injection molding parameters

Coordinate external tool maker and tool maintenance supplier

Establish and optimize molding tool maintenance plan

Lead analysis and troubleshooting for tool designs, and molding process issues

Drive continuous improvements to optimize yields and process capabilities to meet QCDS metrics

Responsible for PPAP submission of Injection

Participate Global Plastic Council meeting

EHS Requirement（安全健康环境要求）:

Follow Company's EHS rules, applied law and regulation, including PPE requirement, the use of equipment, work instructions etc.

Report all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, risks.

Stop a job considered unsafe. Attend required trainings.

Keep disposal in mind according to Environmental ISO 14001.

Participate and Implement Safety & Health work in accordance with Global Star Safety Framework.

Ergonimics must considered into production process design.

Have the basic knowledge of ISO14001 & 45001 & 50001.
