AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediatley hire to fill the role ofCustodial and Maintenance Worker at our Fleet department in Warren, OH.

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming

• Gather and empty trash

• Service, clean, and restock restrooms

• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors

• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment

• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures

• Request supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks

• Perform minor mechanical work

• Deliver parts and equipment

• Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred

• Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and equipment used in custodial work such as brooms, mops, dust mops, vacuums, scouring devices, etc.

• Ability to work independently in maintaining a clean and orderly area

• Ability to exert physical effort including frequent bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs intermittently
