You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of furniture and woodwork products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the manufacturing team.
