Robert Half is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Nicholasville, Kentucky. This role involves a range of duties including receiving, tracking, and checking in orders, as well as interacting and following up with the sales team. Responsibilities:

• Receive and track orders efficiently and accurately

• Check in and separate mass orders

• Package orders in preparation for dispatch

• Regularly interact with the sales team to ensure smooth operations

• Follow up with the sales team regarding order status and updates

• Utilize internal software for tracking and looking up orders

• Support the sales team by taking items over for production as needed

• Conduct regular auditing of inventory records

• Perform clerical duties such as answering inbound calls and creating charts or graphs

• Ensure order fulfillment and picking are done efficiently and accurately.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.

• Experience in auditing and maintaining accuracy in inventory records.

• Ability to create charts and graphs for inventory analysis.

• Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and record keeping.

• Knowledge in order fulfillment and order picking processes.

• Ability to provide sales support when necessary.

• Experience in managing and maintaining inventory records.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent education level.

• Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
