What youll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Success Global HR Business Partner

Location: Hybrid -Newtown Square

Expected start date: August 2024

Duration: 6 - 12 months

Working hours: Full-time40 hrs./week

As a Customer Success (CS) People HRBP Enablement team member, the HRBP intern will support the Global HR Business Partners to drive strategic/ operational consultation & projects within Global CS business units.

Expectations and Tasks:

  • Assist assigned HRBPs as they support the CS People Strategy and the transformation of the Customer Success Board Area

  • Support and drive strategic people initiatives, focus topics, and manage ad-hoc requests (data gathering, organizational maintenance & European Social Partner submissions, etc) for the HRBP Leads and supporting HRBPs

  • Ensure a high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for CS HRBPs, CS Executive Leadership team members, and CS employees

  • Deliver high-impact data analysis, leveraging internal SAP tools, to provide people and organizational business insights (D&I, Hiring, Attrition) that enable the HRBPs to drive measurable outcomes

  • Be an active member of the CS People HRBP Enablement team by co-leading team meetings, and global projects, andbringing awarenessof our services to those who we support

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
