The Partnership's midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 9,500 miles of pipeline and over 100 terminals. Summary: We are looking for a motivated and hard-working Intern -summer program to join our team! The position will support our Supply & Trading Department in the Newtown, PA  area. Summer Internship program starting in May 2024.  You must be enrolled in college during the program . You must be currently enrolled in college pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree. (This opportunity does not include relocation or living stipend.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ideal candidate expectations, roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Collaborate daily with team members and executives to learn Sunoco's Fuel Business. Develop metrics and provide reports for business optimization and monitoring; use analysis to help identify potential opportunities. Assist with management of asset and customer data for integration of new business into Sunoco systems. Meet and work with various team members to learn the ins and outs of corporate environment. Review data, such as expenses, fuel margins and prices, to identify exceptions, report key metrics, and develop corrective actions. Review fuel market data and help develop tools for analysis and monitoring. Perform project work to support one or several of the following Commercial teams:  Fuel Pricing, Fuel Supply, Logistics, Trading, Midstream, Quality, and Systems Setup.

Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below: Currently enrolled in college majoring in technical area such as Engineering, Finance, or Applied Science. Analytical skills and aptitude to learn new systems. Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
