As a Digital Solutions Engineer your exceptional technical skills will bring software solutions to life. You will develop new applications, enhance & configure existing applications & platforms, and identify, investigate, & resolve issues in those applications & platforms. You will be part of a cross-functional team with Product Managers, Designers, and Architects creating and building solutions, primarily with low-code/no-code platforms, sometimes you will code from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Help gather requirements and help analyze stakeholders’ business strategy and processes to gather information needed to architect software solutions that solve problems and provide an intuitive user experience (UX).

• Quickly learn and apply the latest technology (i.e. low-code/no-code platforms, programming languages, etc.) for various business use cases to build & maintain new applications and to customize or extend the functionality of existing applications & vendor platforms.

• Design, build and configure software solutions that are stable, reliable, and performant.

• Work collaboratively with Architects, Product Managers, Designers, business stakeholders and others.

• Create industry-leading solutions that meet the highest standards in user engagement and experience (UX).

• Write and maintain technical documentation.

• Plan and execute unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, builds, deployments and all other parts of the SDLC process.

• Provide expertise on how to use low-code/no-code technology & vendor platforms like ServiceNow, Appian, and UiPath.

• Provide expertise on how to build UIs and/or APIs using programming languages and frameworks like Java, Node/JavaScript, .NET, Apigee and React.

Education/Experience:

• At least three (3+) years of professional experience building and maintaining software solutions with low-code/no-code platforms like ServiceNow, Appian, & UiPath, or with programming languages/frameworks like Java, Node/JavaScript, .NET, Apigee and React.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment on a cross-functional Agile team, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks efficiently.

• Ability & desire to quickly learn & use new technologies.

• Advanced problem-solving skills.

• Professional written and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology OR a Certificate from a coding boot camp or similar.

Preferred:

• Experience in Healthcare, especially Medicaid/Medicare (Managed Care Organizations).

• ServiceNow, Appian, UiPath, or Apigee experience/certification(s).

• Experience with Cloud technologies and web development.

• Back end coding experience with Java, Node/JavaScript, .NET, and similar.

• Front end coding experience with frameworks like React.

• Experience with SQL and relational, graph and/or schemaless databases.
