EPAM Systems, INC seeks a Product Manager II in Newtown, PA, 18940, and various, long term unanticipated worksites with the option to relocate throughout the U.S.

Minimum requirements for the position are: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, or closely related discipline; plus 2 years of employment experience in the job offered (Product Manager), Associate Product Manager, Project Manager, IT Manager, Testing Manager or Engineer, Functional Consultant, Business Consultant or Strategist, Scrum Master, Lead Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Software Engineer, Developer, QA Engineer or closely related occupation.

Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Duties:

• Responsible for management of the long-term product roadmap, product requirements gathering and implementations.
• Translate business needs, user needs, and technological capabilities into user stories and product specifications.
• Coordinate with the implementation, design and business teams to clarify requirements.
• Validate and align product requirements with technical constraints, conduct A/B testing.
• Create product and release documentation evolving the product over time, adjust the roadmap based on results.
• Conduct cost benefit analysis for prioritizing and weighting proposed product features and functions.
• Develop proof points for the business case of a product and for product context for delivery teams.
• Communicate with clients to define specific product requirements, documenting design specifications, key entities and elements, data transformations and conversions.
• Mentor junior level Product Owners and Product Managers.
