EPAM Systems, INC seeks a Lead Experience Designer *in Newtown, PA, 18940, and various, long term unanticipated worksites with the option to relocate throughout the U.S.*

Minimum requirements for the position are: 4 years of employment experience in the job offered (Lead Experience Designer), Experience Designer, UI/UX Experience Designer, Visual Designer, Information Architecture Engineer, Graphic Designer, Artistic Designer, Digital Designer, or closely related occupation.

Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Duties:

• Lead the translations of business requirements and specifications into usable, useful and desirable deliverables on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead user research activities and usability testing and leverage the findings into cohesive site architectures, concept modules, wireframes, functional specification documentation, content hierarchies, site maps and navigational models that are aligned with the expected user experience and business requirements.
• Utilize different programming languages, programs, tools, techniques and quality planning methods in all phases of work.
• Create high-quality documentation for the designed deliverables.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior members and interns/ co-ops through the experience design process and performance management.
• Ensure accomplishment of design goals and targets and take responsibility for the design deliverables produced by more junior team members.
