The Cascades Assisted Living at Stone Bridge is seeking an experienced Registered Nursing Supervisor, RN Designee, to join the nursing team at The Cascades Assisted Living. As a leader, you will manage the successful operation of the nursing department, under the leadership of the community’s SALSA. This position would include some infection control, staff development, scheduling, etc. Responsibilities include oversite of the community, coaching, and supervision of direct reports, providing nursing support to our residents and interacting with family members as needed. The Designee will also conduct external and internal assessments and be available to take on call bimonthly.

This is a full-time position Mon-Friday 40-hour position, with flexibility to work an occasional weekend day.

Experience in Assisted Living, Home Care, or Hospice is required.

Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor include:

  • Communicating with families and friends of residents

  • Assuring compliance with all resident care related regulations (e.g., medication management)

  • Documenting and providing accurate record-keeping, as appropriate

  • Demonstrating personal/resident safety methods and procedures

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Registered Nurse include:

  • Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Required is a minimum of 1 year Assisted Living/Home Care or Hospice experience as a RN and 2 years experience in a care setting as a RN

  • Ability to lift 25 pounds individually

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time

  • Ability to be on call as identified by the communitCBeing a Registered Nurse, per state regulations; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing a plus
