PaxeraHealth is now hiring a Channel Sales Associate to join our sales team.  This is a remote position and the person will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our dealers and driving medical imaging software sales growth across channel and direct sales opportunities

We currently seek a Sales Associate with solid sales and customer service skills who is interested in managing channel partner networks and driving direct sales of PACS applications . The position requires someone who is energetic, willing to learn and wants to be involved in a fast paced and exciting environment.

You will be responsible to assist us with the following key functions: 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage sales process to drive sales in dealer channel 

  • Provides general administrative support to the internal sales team and works on special projects and campaigns as assigned.

  • Communicates with clients as directed, responding to their inquiries and reaching out to them to ensure customer satisfaction. 

  • Reaches out by phone to make sales support calls to current and prospective clients.

  • Revises customer lists and ensures that all are up-to-date and correct.

  • Enters sales information into Salesforce accurately and timely. 

    Qualifications and Skills

  • An undergraduate enrolled in a BS degree program with a major in Sales/Marketing, Business or related fields. Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field.

  • Some customer service and/or sales/marketing experience with proven ability to build relationships with clients is needed. 

  • Must be comfortable calling clients.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office; solid excel skills.

  • Must have strong organizational skill with ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately.

  • Ability to quickly respond to customer questions and emails. 

    Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.

    Travel: This position requires up to 20% travel. Occasional travel is outside the local area and overnight.
