Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Operations Processor to join our team in Newton, Massachusetts. This role is vital in the retail industry, and is based in a dynamic workplace environment. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

This position is fully on site, offering free parking in Newton, MA. After 3 months of training the position will transition to a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently processing customer orders with a focus on end-of-month closure.

• Dealing with customer inquiries about orders, inventory status, and pricing details.

• Arranging shipments from our US warehouses and manufacturing plants.

• Ensuring company communication and documentation deadlines are met.

• Handling invoice processing and liaising with customers regarding invoice payments.

• Offering necessary sales support to the Regional Sales Managers.

• Assisting Regional Sales Managers in maintaining the status of contracts and annual budgets in SAP.

• Utilizing accounting software systems for various accounting functions.

• Ensuring a smooth budget process and efficient check processing.

• Delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Proficiency in the use of SAP

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Experience in Check Processing

• Exceptional Customer Service skills
