Description
We are in the process of expanding our team in the healthcare industry located in Virginia, with the addition of a Desktop Support Analyst. This role is pivotal in the provision and maintenance of system support for our internal teams, ensuring efficient and effective operations. The chosen candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks ranging from Android Development to Configuration Management.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive technical support for all desktop systems including but not limited to Android and Apple devices.
• Utilize Cisco and Citrix Technologies for network and server management.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and Dell Technologies to ensure optimal system performance.
• Implement and maintain Active Directory systems to manage networked resources.
• Utilize Backup Technologies to safeguard important data from loss or corruption.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing guidance on system use.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Support the configuration management process through the development, maintenance, and governance of configuration items.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in order to implement new and improved solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the seamless functioning of technology across the organization
Requirements • Proven experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry
• Proficient in Android Development
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with Cisco Technologies
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware
• Experience with Dell Technologies
• Proficient in using and managing Active Directory
• Experience in supporting and managing Apple Devices
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies
• Proficiency in Configuration Management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
