Pay: 21.80/hr

Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role requires compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards. You may be required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period. You may be required to work outside in high heat conditions. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and assist with moving objects weighing more than 75 pounds. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access

  • Monitor pool access gates and conduct personal items checks for guest

  • Daily patrols around pool decks ensure resort policy is adhered to

  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections, daily safety checks

  • Respond to accidents and assist guests/employees during emergency situations

  • Defuse guest disturbances and escort individuals from the pool area if necessary

  • Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and facilitate interviews with relevant parties for reported incidents

  • Complete required shift reports and maintain confidentiality of all safety and security documents

  • Lost and Found function, includes pick up and guest inquiry

  • Working conditions; Outside, staff should follow all heat related procedures

  • Partner with housekeeping and engineering department to address all safety hazards found

  • Completed First Aid/CPR training course; Conducted at property

  • Opening and closing of safety and security command post at pool decks; portable AC coolers, first aid items, guest items and checking pool access gates
