Description We are seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team. This role presents a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Staff Accountant, your core responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all journal entries, account reconciliations, and analyses. You will also contribute to the development of global accounting policies and participate in year-end audits and quarterly reviews.

Responsibilities: • Oversee the accuracy of all journal entries, account reconciliations, and analyses. • Serve as a project lead when required and ensure proper preparation and documentation of related journal entries. • Ensure accuracy of foreign currency adjustments, elimination entries, and expense allocations during month-end closing. • Develop new procedures to expedite the current close process. • Contribute actively to the establishment of global accounting policies to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Participate actively in year-end audits and quarterly reviews, including the preparation of audit support schedules and related requests. • Adhere strictly to written policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure SOX 404 compliance. • Play a key supporting role in internal and external reporting processes Requirements • Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations effectively.

• Solid understanding of General Ledger accounting principles and practices.

• Ability to prepare and record Journal Entries accurately.

• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures.

• Experience in using NetSuite for accounting and financial management purposes.

• Proficiency in using Oracle for various accounting tasks.

• Knowledge of QuickBooks for managing and processing financial transactions.

• Experience in using SAP for managing business operations and customer relations.
