Description

Our reputable organization is looking for a proactive and highly organized Contracts Manager. In this position, you will oversee and manage all contract-related activities, ensuring they meet both corporate objectives and legal requirements. This role presents the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, allowing you the flexibility to work 2-3 days on-site in Newport Beach office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of contracts

• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with business partners

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies

• Identify potential risks and provide contracts related solutions

• Coordinate with legal counsel to address legal and contractual issues

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in contract management

• Excellent knowledge of contract laws and regulations

• Superior communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

• The ability to concurrently manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and contract management software
