Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Operator where you will play a crucial role in creating quality products. Your responsibilities will include preparing and executing tasks to set up, operate, and monitor all components of the production line. You will read and interpret shop drawings to program equipment, perform quality checks to ensure products meet established standards, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot equipment and quality issues. Additionally, you will meet daily productivity goals, inspect equipment for safety, operate an overhead crane to manage product loads, and prepare orders for shipment. Your participation in continuous improvement activities will also be key.

Hard Skills

• Experience operating machinery/equipment in manufacturing

• Ability to read a tape measure

• Experience operating a forklift

• Overhead crane experience

• Ability to work 2nd shift

• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends

Soft Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

• Safety orientation

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repetitively

• Ability to stand for duration of shift

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Peachtree City, Georgia.

Work Environment

Industrial setting with a shift schedule of 6a-2:30p
