responsibilities:

  • Execute analytical testing within expected turnaround time per established procedure for following assays: Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Titer, Cation Exchange Chromatography (CEX), Reduced Capillary Electrophoresis (rCE-SDS), Non-Reduced Capillary Electrophoresis (nrCE-SDS), cIEF (Capillary Ion Electrophoresis Focusing), ATOLL, etc.

  • Adhere to ATO RA turnaround time for high throughput samples and all required metrics, and ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Document, review results, and maintain electronic laboratory notebooks

  • Work with development team to implement methods in ATO RA, analyze and interpret data

  • Provide technical input and generate written reports as needed

  • Author, review, and data verify technical documents

  • Communicate project updates as appropriate

  • Solve technical problems with both instrument and assay issues as part of troubleshooting

  • Participate and present scientific data in meetings

  • Maintain instruments and follow lab's general equipment cleaning protocols

qualifications:

  • 0+ Years w/ Relevant BS OR equivalent 2+ Years w/ Relevant AS OR equivalent 4+ Years w/ HS Foundational knowledge of technical principles, theories, and concepts to perform routine work in a role

skills: Quality control, SOP, Quality Assurance, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
