  • Position Summary: This is a full-time, on-site position with full benefits. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a critical role in the success of our sales department and customers. In this position you will:

  • Become knowledgeable of the company products.

  • Demonstrate the ability to understand and meet the needs of customers; both internal and external, and be patient, polite and helpful when trying to obtain information from customers.

  • Operate our computer-based systems to complete order entries quickly and accurately.

  • Assist customers with order entry, pickups, credits, and invoicing.

  • Resolve customer issues.

  • Communicate and interact closely with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally, ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Serves as a back up to the receptionist and Will Call department, covering for breaks, lunches and vacations as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 6+ months customer service or call center experience.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Excellent computer skills including accurate and fast data entry and familiarity with MS Office products.

• The ability to work Monday through Friday and every 5th Sunday, or Sundays with a rotation schedule.
