PARK NATIONAL BANK IS Deposit Branch System Analyst in Newark, Ohio

Description Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio, Orlando or Weston, FL; 2 days remote. This role is not eligible for sponsorship RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid Monitor, maintain, and support the IT systems and infrastructure across all deposit platforms utilized within the branch system, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to branch systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity. Collaborate with internal IT teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and security updates in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Work closely with branch leadership to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency and user experience. Manage and maintain branch-specific applications, including teller systems, ATM software, and customer relationship management tools. Ensure the security and integrity of branch systems by enforcing IT policies, procedures, and data protection protocols. Provide training and support to branch staff on new systems and technologies. Conduct regular audits of branch systems to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal IT standards. Document processes, system configurations, and issues resolved to maintain clear communication and ensure knowledge sharing across teams. Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks. Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Business Admin or related field or combination of work experience preferred 2+ years' experience in IT or banking, within departments focused on deposits and within branches TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION Position can require evening and weekend work to oversee upgrades and/or fixes. There is an on-call schedule rotation in place for after hours support. Minimal travel is expected. This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.
