Title: Sr Manager, Digital Platforms- CocoaVIA Location: Newark, NJ Type: Hybrid Role (2-3 days in office per week) Please note: All applicants must have permanent legal authorization to work in the United States. Mars does not sponsor employment visas for this role. This position is not eligible for relocation benefits.

This is a crucial role will drive CocoaVia's Digital & eComm Strategy, continuing to scale a high-growth DTC business by developing best in class plans and innovative executions. The Sr Manager, Digital Platforms will be responsible for partnering with the Brand team, agencies, and other key external/internal stake holders to drive a next level growth in DTC commerce.

What are we looking for?
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business, MBA preferred
7 years of Digital and e-commerce experience,
3 years of experience with Amazon and other e-tailing stores (e.g.: Walmart.com, Costco/SAMs.com, Vitamin Shoppe, etc.)
Paid Social - Meta Campaigns Search - Google AdWords
Amazon - AMS/AMG/DSP
Demonstrated success at working in an entrepreneurial environment.
Strong technical knowledge for growing a branded DTC store, preferably with Shopify back-end experience.
Full Funnel Marketing Responsibilities from acquisition/traffic/awareness through CRM/retention
Ability to translate a brand strategy into a coherent user experience across all touch points.
Strong Amazon experience - Developing, supporting, and managing a business.
Experience with Digital media, Growth Hacking, Audience Targeting, Data Science
Understands and has worked with CRM best practices.
Ability to build strong relationships with external agencies and agile ways of working.
Brand Management and VMS experience preferred.


What will be your key responsibilities?
Implement the digital and e-commerce strategy for the brand: Partner with the Brand Director to develop a cohesive Digital Strategy and drive the day-to-day execution for CocoaVia and its DTC offerings. Manage overall site strategy including but not limited to SEO strategy, developing and updating content, and promotional executions. Ensure product data is up-to-date and accurate. Lead site data analysis to recommend merchandising tactics and sales opportunities.
Responsible for Consumer acquisition and growth through Amazon and other new DTC channels: Lead and Work with partner agencies to drive DTC channel expansion and growth, implementing new programs pertaining to lead generation, conversion, loyalty and retention.
Monitor marketing channel performance. Proactively identifies areas of improvement or optimization and works with channel owners to drive testing and implementation of those recommendations.
Drive CocoaVia's test & learn program: Design & execute testing strategies to optimize performance across pricing, bundles, promotions, offers, etc. Employ third party technologies as appropriate.
Enhance user experience: Continuously optimizes site design and UX by enhancing content and site navigation, to ultimately improve conversion.
Drive measurement and performance tracking: Develop, track, analyze, set goals and report on key eCommerce KPIs. Produce insights and analysis on trends and competitive benchmarking.
