Panasonic North America Sales Operations Analyst - Compensation in Newark, New Jersey

Support day to day operations and administering of sales commission plans and processes.

What You Get to Do:
Support day-to-day commission administration process
Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of sales related data to increase overall sales productivity
Develop and track key performance indicators and evaluate performance based on sales quotas
Responsible for creating and submitting monthly payment file to process commission payments
Develop working relationship with key stakeholders and gain an understanding of their business unit strategies and requirements
Manage enhancements to the incentive compensation management system
Coordinate with developers to design and develop requirements and analyze the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
Set operational goals and MBO incentive compensation KPIs in partnership with executive management
Research and respond to any employee inquiries on a timely basis
Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures
Analyze any operational processes and issues and offer alternative business solutions.
Proactively develop recommendations to further automate and improve the commission process
Other duties as assigned
What We Offer:
The salary range of $65,000 –$105,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
