What You Get to Do:

• Support day-to-day commission administration process

• Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of sales related data to increase overall sales productivity

• Develop and track key performance indicators and evaluate performance based on sales quotas

• Responsible for creating and submitting monthly payment file to process commission payments

• Develop working relationship with key stakeholders and gain an understanding of their business unit strategies and requirements

• Manage enhancements to the incentive compensation management system

• Coordinate with developers to design and develop requirements and analyze the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems

• Set operational goals and MBO incentive compensation KPIs in partnership with executive management

• Research and respond to any employee inquiries on a timely basis

• Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures

• Analyze any operational processes and issues and offer alternative business solutions.

• Proactively develop recommendations to further automate and improve the commission process

• Other duties as assigned

What We Offer:

The salary range of $65,000 –$105,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
