Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist portfolio management in the day-to-day monitoring of outside assets pledged as collateral. This will include identifying transactions for unsecured positions and supporting production related programs. This entry-level position is hybrid with working in our Newark, NJ office on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm EST.

What you will be doing:
Assists Manager in ensuring that brokerage statements are received and entered into the system in a timely manner.
Identifies past due brokerage statements and contacts the brokerage houses and other parties to get current copies.
Helps identify transactions that have become unsecured and interacts with Manager and senior management to ensure that soft default / default letters are issued in a timely manner.
Prepares Collateral Management Meeting reports and recording minutes for the meeting.
Supports Multi-Life Loan Program as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required (Business-related)
Internship preferred
Detail-oriented
