The Enterprise Partnership Director will oversee negotiations and manage enterprise, cross-cutting partners aligned to enterprise strategies as determined and directed by senior most leadership. This individual will be responsible for leading direction and activation of said partnership initiatives, including indirect people management as needed, and caring for overall brand and reputation enhancement. They will also manage all ELT requests and budgeting. This position reports into the VP Partner Engagement and Integration.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
Responsibilities:
Lead planning and progress sessions with partner and enterprise leaders to understand and define strategies and goals.
Oversee annual planning to align external/internal goals and initiatives to a comprehensive calendar.
Conduct partner evaluation.
Develop comprehensive short & long-term partnerships plans and activation roadmaps aligned to brand purpose and vision.
Work closely with philanthropy portfolio leads, purpose comms, brand & advertising and external affairs to identify and deliver partnership benefits.
Oversee purpose-driven partnerships, events, and marketing & communications plans in support of the enterprise and other partner activations as assigned.
Indirectly manage shared activation resources and cross functional teams.
Monitor, track and report on performance, results/learnings, data insights, etc.
Manage enterprise partner budget.
Qualifications
8+ years of relevant work experience.
Ability to connect the dots and work across teams to improve value stream.
Strong relationship building skills.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
Portfolio/program management.
Acute business acumen.
Change agent with ability to lead and influence change across multiple stakeholder levels.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Cultural awareness and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively across a diverse range of internal and external partners.
Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $148,800.00 to $201,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
