About the Role

As a Delivery Manager, you will manage the performance and success of a team of associates. You will collaborate effectively with leadership and the client. You will have an opportunity to improve operational efficiencies. Position is HYBRID within commuting distance of Newark, NJ

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation within the violations, postpaid, and lockbox departments.

• Oversee the successful completion/update of all DMV agreements and collection agencies contracts.

• Review and approve incentives for analysts, supervisor, and collectors.

• Interact with vendor (s) to ensure proper level of mailing supplies are maintained throughout the year.

• Ensure daily / weekly / monthly deliverables are completed as expected.

• Leading the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer stakeholders, Conduent program management team, and technical resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years equivalent work experience in E-ZPass.

• Able to demonstrate organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal communication skills along with proven negotiation and client relationships skills.

• Able to demonstrate advanced skills in MS Office products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word)·

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $85,008- $100,400.
